Privacy Policy

Effective October 8, 2026

This policy explains what “Will They Stay?” (the “site”), operated by Peak Employment Solutions (“Peak,” “we,” “us”), collects, why, and what we do with it. We have tried to keep it plain and to match what the site actually does.

What we collect

The private self-check. You enter your answers to the statements, your email address, and optionally your name. We use your email to send you your report, and we do not store it with your answers. We store your answers and your score without your name or email, only so we can build anonymous benchmarks. If you tick the optional box to receive future free resources, we also save your name and email as a contact so we can send them.

The anonymous team survey. The person who sets up a survey (the “organizer”) gives us their name, work email, organization, team name, optionally a phone number, and the number of people to invite. We keep that so we can send the organizer the results and follow up if they ask. People who answer the survey give only their answers. We store the answers and the date, not the time. We do not store names, emails, IP addresses, or access codes with answers. If the organizer chooses one-time codes, we store only a scrambled (hashed) version of each code and whether it has been used, never linked to any answer. Results are shown only once at least five people have responded, and only as team averages.

The contact form. If you write to us, we keep your name, email, organization, optional phone number, your area of interest, and your message so we can reply.

Basic technical data. Our hosting provider and our servers may automatically log technical information such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security, abuse prevention and reliability. The site does not use advertising trackers. After you finish a shared-link team survey, the page stores a small marker in your own browser so the same browser is less likely to answer twice. It contains no personal information and you can clear it at any time.

The printable forms. The printable forms and the turnover cost estimator run entirely in your browser. What you type into them is not sent to us or stored by us, and is lost when you close or reload the page unless you print or save it yourself.

How we use it

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for advertising by third parties.

Who handles it for us

We use Google Firebase (hosting, database and server functions) to run the site and store data, and Resend to deliver email. They process data on our behalf under their own terms and security practices. We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect our rights and the safety of others.

Anonymity, and its limits

Team results are built to hide who said what: no names or emails are stored with answers, and nothing is shown below five responses. No system is perfect. If an organizer hands out codes by name, the organizer will know who was invited, though not who answered what. A small team can sometimes guess from context. The organizer’s private results link works like a password, and anyone who holds it can request the report, so organizers should keep it private.

How long we keep it

We keep contact and organizer information for as long as it is useful for the purpose it was given, and then delete or anonymize it. Anonymous answers may be kept indefinitely because they cannot be tied to a person. You can ask us to delete your contact information at any time.

Your choices

You can ask what contact information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop emailing you, by writing to mike@peaktcs.com. Because answers are stored without your name or email, we cannot find or remove an individual’s anonymous answers. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law, and we will honor valid requests.

Children

The site is intended for adults in a work setting and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Security

We use reasonable technical measures, including encryption in transit and a database that cannot be read directly from a browser. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes and contact

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date. Questions can go to mike@peaktcs.com or Peak Employment Solutions, 308 Eighth Street, Augusta, Georgia 30901.
